Refund Policy

1. The product should be purchased only from www.myogstore.com website and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.

2. Replacement request should be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

3. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and product packaging intact.

4. Please do contact us in case if product received is damaged/Wrong.

5. Proper 360 degree unboxing video should be given for Replacement.

6. Parcel should be opened in video (Parcel should not be opened before video shoot) and video should not have any cut or pause.

7. We offer replacements only for wrong or defective products because we stand by the quality of our products. Returns are not accepted.

8. Return charges borne by customers.
